An organization may only be the Lead Applicant on one HMI Sub-Grant opportunity, but can be included as a Partner Organization on multiple applications.

SFA Lead Applicants and Partners must participate in NSLP and/or SBP.
Nonprofit organizations that operate only CACFP At-Risk Afterschool, Summer Food Service Program, and/or Seamless Summer Option would be eligible to be listed as a Partner Organization if an application has at least one SFA represented.

Allowable costs include salaries, fringe benefits, travel, equipment, supplies, subcontracts, and more. We encourage applicants to build staff time into their budget to support both the planning and implementation phases of their projects.
